Our shipping policy is simple, The cost of shipping is from the artist's studio by Canada Post and appears below the 'Ship to Address' and from then on,as part of your itemized bill. Because the glasses are painted in sets please allow 10 to 12 working days for your beautiful hand painted glassware to arrive. We take the utmost care to pack your Libby Glass ware safely but accidents happen. To save you the cost of shipping it back to us, you have the option of mailing the stems of any broken glassware back to us in a padded envelope along with the order receipt in your container or if you have the facilities take a digital photograph of the broken glass or glasses and e mail it along with a message telling us how many broke and their colors to us at CustomerService@LIBBEYHANDPAINTEDGLASSWARE.COM and we will replace them or give you a different product if you wish.
