Damaged Upon Receipt
We haved tried to keep our 'rules' to a minimum, we recognize that accidents happen and no one likes broken wine glasses, if you are not at fault we want to make it right.
If your LIBBEY HANDPAINTED GLASSWARE is damaged when you receive it we will replace it for you.
We have come up with two ways you can do this which are as hassle free as we can make them .
1. If you can photograph your entire order, including the broken item [so that we can ensure we replace the correct color and glass type] send us an e-mail at customerservice@libbeyhandpaintedglassware.com with the photograph, your order number and the number of breakages. We will send your replacement within five working days. Marite has to match your order as we do not just take them of the shelf, they have to be fired in the kiln.
2. If you do not have a digital camera or wish to use this method, carefully separate the stems from the broken glass or glasses, place in a padded envelope along with your order form and send them to Marite Hewitt, The Hew Gallery, 887 4th Line, RR#4, Lakefield, Ontario, Canada, K0L 2H0.
As soon as your replacement order is shipped we will e mail confirmation to you.
