Marite [pronounced Mary-Tay] Katherine Hewitt comes from a small country town in the beautiful area of Ontario, Canada, known as "The Kawarthas". Living in the country, Marite had an awareness of nature since birth and by the age of 17 was an accomplished wildlife self taught contract artist. Some hundreds of paintings and 12 years later she decided she wanted to bring her talents to her growing number of admirers with things they can use every day. Experimenting with various paints and objects she developed a unique class of Glassware which has yet to be copied.
She now brings her talents to the ultimate judges, you, the discerning customers. We hope you like them as much as we do.
